My wife and I have been MEDEVAC'd from Sigonella for medical reasons and our family there encountered a service outage because of the recent storms. Mr. Angelo Scuderi was able to field an urgent request for assistance from our advocate Ms Pulvire and responded in person to the trouble call immediately.

He went above and beyond his responsibilities by helping our family access apps and services outside of what was required.

We wanted to recognize his efforts and contributions to our community. He did a job well done.
